5. Ownership of Goods

  • We reserve the right to recover unpaid goods, including removing them from the customer’s premises if necessary.

6. Trailer Hire Terms

If you hire a trailer from us, the following terms apply in addition to our general Terms & Conditions:

  • A valid photo ID and proof of address must be provided at the time of hire.

  • A deposit may be required and will be refunded after the trailer is returned in satisfactory condition.

  • The trailer must be returned clean, undamaged, and on time. Late returns may incur additional charges.

  • The hirer is responsible for any loss or damage to the trailer during the hire period, including theft, accidental damage, or third-party damage.

  • The trailer must not be used for unlawful purposes or overloaded beyond its rated capacity.

  • MANA Trailers & Towing LTD accepts no responsibility for any loss, injury, or damage caused by misuse or improper towing of the hired trailer.

  • Full Terms of Hire are provided at the time of booking or collection and must be agreed to before the trailer is released.
