At MANA Trailers & Towing LTD, we’re committed to offering reliable products and quality services — whether you shop online or in person. If you need to return an item or discuss an issue with a service, we're here to help.

Returns – Online & In-Person Purchases

You may return most new, unused items (purchased online or in person) within 14 days for a refund or exchange, as long as:

  • The item is in its original, unused condition

  • All packaging and accessories are included

  • You can provide a valid proof of purchase

Items Not Eligible for Return

Some items are non-returnable, including:

  • Custom-built or made-to-order trailers

  • Electrical parts (unless faulty)

  • Items that have been fitted, used, or damaged after sale

  • Special orders or non-stock items

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

How to Return an Item

  2. We’ll confirm the return details and issue a return reference if needed.

  4. Please note, returns are at your cost unless the item is faulty or supplied in error.

Trailer Servicing & Repairs – Our Policy

We stand behind the quality of our trailer servicing and repair work. If you believe something isn’t right with a service we've carried out:

  • Contact us as soon as possible to discuss the issue.

  • We may request that the trailer be returned for inspection.

  • If a fault is found due to workmanship or parts we supplied, we will repair it at no cost to you under our service guarantee.

Please note: We do not offer refunds for trailer servicing or repairs unless a fault is found to be due to our error or defective parts.

Refunds

Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected:

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 working days.

  • In-person refunds will be processed either via card or cash, depending on your original payment.

 

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect, let us know within 48 hours. We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no extra cost.

Exchanges

Need to swap a part or product? No problem — we’ll help you arrange an exchange, depending on stock availability.
